lovely ladies,
our feathered friends
descend
upon the neighboorhood
Sometimes, it’s best not to ask questions. If a little boy wearing a crown and carrying a scepter wants to draw a moustache on your face, you just say, “Yes.” And you realize the pleasure it brings almost immediately. It makes the boy pleased. It makes people laugh, and it gives them a reason to hug you and kiss you on the cheek. It makes you feel light-hearted. You feel free to let loose. Free to be assertive and, Gasp!, even manly.
