it's a bitesize party

Col and I went to another cook-off party on Saturday night. The theme this time was bite-size food and fifties style dress-code. Colin designed the invite for our friend Heather (one of the hostesses) and I helped with the logistics and the envelope, which we crafted to convert into a tent card to display entrant recipes.

We entered three categories: Colin made mini corn dogs for an entree and I made Coco Loco Caramel Custards (mini coconut creme brulee in a chocolate cup). We also entered the cocktail competition with our Lychee Teeny Weenie Martinis that we made up together. And we won (with the cocktail)! We'll definitely make that one again.
